Information You Submit
Text entered in a search form, such as a name, phone number, or address, goes to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. A direct message gives us only the details you choose to send, and we use them to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary server logs that can include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregated log data helps maintain the service and show which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable technologies may support basic analytics and advertising measurement when applicable.
How the Data Is Used
The limited data supports site operations, error repair, traffic measurement, and content improvement. We neither sell a visitor list nor create personal profiles of individual users.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Utah and Utah County agencies, courts, libraries, and outside search services. Information submitted after leaving this resource is controlled by the destination's privacy rules. The same is true for sponsored results, which come from a separate provider.
When Data May Be Shared
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
Safeguarding Limited Data
An encrypted connection serves the site, and server logs are kept only as long as the stated uses require. We do not maintain user accounts, so there is no account password or profile stored here.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Utah Privacy Rights
The Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code Title 13, Chapter 61, may give an authenticated Utah consumer rights to confirm and access covered processing, delete personal data the consumer provided, obtain a portable copy when feasible, and opt out of sale or targeted advertising. Use the Contact page for a request concerning our contact mailbox or server logs. Government records held by Spanish Fork, Utah County, or state agencies are outside our control. Questions about deleting or correcting those records must go to the legal custodian.
Policy Changes
A revised policy will be posted here. Continued use after publication of a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
